“We need your help please”

Your input is greatly valued as part of our school accreditation process.   We are required to have surveys completed by students, parents and staff members.  These surveys are anonymous.

The class that has the most parent surveys, completed by Monday November 2nd, will receive an extra recess time.

Please check how you completed the survey and return the bottom portion of the page to your child’s teacher by Monday, November 2nd.  If you fill out a paper survey, please return that to the classroom teacher as well.
